The most common prodromal symptom found in this analysis was tremor – 41% of people presented with tremor 2 years before diagnosis of PD, compared with <1% of controls.1 In this study, the incidence of neck pain was not different between people with PD and controls.1 The most common autonomic prodromal symptom was constipation – 32% of people presented with constipation 2 years before diagnosis, compared with 19% of controls.1
