This study conducted online focus groups and interviews, using case vignettes, with 15 participants, including nurses, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and physiotherapists, all working in acute stroke services.1 Four categories emerged from the results of the discussions, which are laid out on the slide.1 The participants were clearly focused on person-centred care, however the analysis identified the challenges of early identification and then management of delirium in people after stroke.1
