In the study shown in the graph on the slide, 86 people with migraine were asked to complete a series of self-report scales, including the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ), 6-item Headache Impact Test (HIT-6), Migraine Disability Assessment (MIDAS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), and the 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36).[Beyazal et al., 2018] Of the 86 people, 32.6% met the criteria for fibromyalgia.[Beyazal et al., 2018] The results showed the negative effects of fibromyalgia comorbidity with migraine, including in relation to anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and quality of life.[Beyazal et al., 2018]
