This analysis used data from the Women’s Health Study – a study that, starting in 1993, tested the role of Vitamin E and acetylsalicylic acid among 39,876 female health professionals in the USA.[WHS] As shown on the slide, the analysis found that migraine with aura increased the risk of cardiovascular incidents compared with migraine without aura or no migraine.[Kurth et al., 2020]
