This analysis of the link between anxiety and disability used data from the NESDA study, including 1,826 people. All anxiety disorders were associated with disabilities in cognition, mobility, selfcare, social interaction, life activities, and participation. In addition, the disability was higher when multiple anxiety disorders are present.
